Bug reports
Tool output looks wrong, the page errors out, mobile layout breaks — anything that does not behave as the docs say. Include the tool slug, the file type, and your browser version if you can.
Feature ideas
A PDF workflow you wish lived on PDFChamp, an existing tool that needs an option, or a different language for the OCR pack — every concrete suggestion gets read.
Privacy and data requests
GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, or any local-law request to confirm we hold no data about you, or to remove the trace of an anonymized analytics record. PDFChamp processes your files in-browser, so there is rarely anything to act on — but we still answer every request.

How PDFChamp is run
PDFChamp is an independent international project operated entirely online. There is no physical office, no phone line, and no postal address to share — everything happens over the open web and over email. The project deliberately stays small so it can keep the site fast, ad-light, and free.
Why no contact form
A contact form would need a backend, which would mean a database, which would mean a target for spam and a thing to keep secure. That goes against the rest of the architecture: every tool on PDFChamp runs in your browser precisely so there is no server-side state to leak. Plain mailto links are the most accessible and honest way to reach a static site.
Security disclosures
If you have found a security vulnerability that affects PDFChamp users, please email [email protected] with the word [security] in the subject. The same address is listed in our security.txt file. Please describe the impact, give clear reproduction steps, and hold off on public disclosure for a reasonable window so a fix can ship.
